Hi there! As some of you may now, I have a second web site, smaller than Shira.net, which is called "Bellydance Plus!" at www.bellydanceplus.com . The purpose of this web site is to provide advice, inspiration, costuming ideas, and tips to plus-sized dancers.

One section of this web site consists of photo galleries showing plus-sized dancers looking fabulous in their belly dance costumes. The purpose of the photo galleries is to provide positive plus-sized role models that would-be belly dance students can look at and say, "Wow, her body type is similar to mine, and if she can look this good, I'll bet I can, too!"

Right now, unfortunately, the photo galleries section lacks ethnic diversity. All of the dancers it currently features are of European descent. I would like to bring some dancers of color into the photo galleries. I have already approached a couple of people that I think are great candidates, and I need to get moving on following up with them. But I'm also interested in finding a couple more people besides the ones I've already been in contact with.

Sooooo....

I'm currently looking for a couple of dancers of color who can meet my criteria to be added to the photo galleries of Bellydance Plus.
